  • Tax and business planning services (Buonomo & Associates, CPAs)
  • Legal assistance for negotiating new employment contracts
  • If appropriate, development of tax deferral strategies with Certified Benefits Actuary
  • Negotiation assistance by a Certified Compensation and Benefits expert
  • Legal assistance in company creation as an LLC or Subchapter-S corporation, or other if indicated
  • All counseling provided by senior level staff
  • Development of Business Plan for individuals pursuing an entrepreneurial option
  • Development of supporting materials such as brochures, marketing presentations, sales tools, as needed
  • New Leader assimilation consulting for first three months on new job, if appropriate
